Bobby says: "My first BR show was Al's Bar 5-22-91 (this was the last day of tracking for the Generator album and the last song recorded that day was 'Tomorrow' (...) the first BR song I ever recorded was "Atomic Garden" around 1:00 in the morning on 5-19-91 if my memory serves me right.. Actually it was just Brett, Jay and myself that night.Hetson did his part a couple days later as well as Greg with the vocals"

Bobby left Bad Religion in 2001, after the New America tour, due to a chronic progressive shoulder injury that would not heal. . He was suffering from this shoulder injury and full-blown tendonitis and was in great pain after each show. He is now enjoying his new career behind-the-scenes as a drum technician, production manager assistant and overall technical wizard!
