The following are notes and scraps of information I've gathered from a variety of sources- so I don't have as much information here as I could, if you DO have some additional information for this section, please email me.
He used Zildjian Session Master drumsticks,
notched upside down as we all know.
He also chopped up the ends of the sticks for extra grip (!)
Not necessarily relevant (..) but he also used very frequent hits of the splash- which was very effective in his earlier albums with BR.
Bobby almost always used half beat hi-hat and ride beats-
many drummers think this is unusual because it's alot more
known for drummers to use quarter and eighth notes-
I think it was an interesting variation to get drummers with different styles through the years with BR.
